Installation Method
Preparation: Measure and prepare the roof surface, ensuring it's clean and suitable for panel installation.
Laying Panels: Start laying the panels from one end of the roof. The panels usually have a nail strip or flange which lies flat against the roof.
Fastening Panels: Secure the panels to the roof using fasteners (nails or screws) through the nail strip. The next panel is then positioned so that its seam overlaps the nail strip of the adjoining panel.
Locking Panels: The overlapping seam of the new panel is then secured, often by snapping or crimping it over the first panelβs nail strip. This creates a tight, weather-resistant seam.
Finishing: Install end caps, ridge caps, and any other necessary trim pieces. Seal any joints or edges where required.
